I have worked at getting my guacamole right because it is a staple in our home. I think I have finally perfected it now, and I wanted to share it with everyone. So, here it is! Let me know what you think!
Ingredients
3 Haas avocados, halved, seeded and peeled
1 lime, juiced
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
1/2 medium onion, diced
2 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
1 clove garlic, minced
Directions
In a large bowl place the scooped avocado and lime juice, toss to coat. Drain a little of the lime juice off after all of the avocados have the reserved lime juice. Using a potato masher, add the salt, cumin, and cayenne and mash. Then, fold in the onions, tomatoes, cilantro, and garlic. Place the seed in the middle of the guacamole to help keep the avocado from turning brown. Serve and enjoy!

Baha! My recipe is really nothing like yours! I got my recipe from the Good Housekeeping, Home for the Holidays cookbook (which I got for $2.50 @ Kohl's, thankyouverymuch) - I'll have to try yours next time! :)
